De Bortoli Wines, SE Australia - The Accomplice Shiraz 2013

With bottle presentation like this the wine inside is going to have to be outstanding to offset the offence.  And it is; succulent ripe red berry fruit and soft but assertive tannins, delicious

The Accomplice Chardonnay 2013

Do you remember the days when people would quote ABC  ("anything but Chardonnay")"?   It was a reaction to the  complete over oaking of Australian wines, a flavour that many people thought was that of Chardonnay.  This crisp citrusy honeyed white wine is what Aussie Chardonnay should taste like

Aroha Bay Marlborough Sauvignon 2013/14.  New Zealand

This delicious Sauvignon from one of New Zealand's most respected producers has all the tropical fruit and fresh cut grass flavours associated with Sauvignons from this part of the Southern Hemisphere
